Republican Congressman and Presidential candidate Ron Paul says U.S. President Bush has presided over a system wide doctrine of violating the Constitution, from the Iraq War in the "War on Terrorism" and pursuing a North American Union agenda, without legally required Congressional oversight. Such oversight is legally prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.

During an interview with Alex Jones on the GCN Radio network, Paul had outlined the likely scenario as to how impeachment proceedings would unfold.

"I'd be surprised if they win both - I think they're going to win one body and if they win the House right now they do not say they would have an impeachment but I think the way that place operates I think they probably will make every effort," said Paul.

"If they happened to have a ten or fifteen vote margin that would be a political thing - it would be payback time."

Paul said that Bush should be impeached not under the umbrella of partisan vengeance but for ceaselessly breaking the laws of the land.

"I would have trouble arguing that he's been a Constitutional President and once you violate the Constitution and be proven to do that I think these people should be removed from office."

Opining that the U.S. had entered a period of "soft fascism," Paul noted that the legacy of the Bush administration has been the total abandonment of Constitutional principles.

"Congress has generously ignored the Constitution while the President flaunts it, the courts have ignored it and they get in the business of legislating so there's no respect for the rule of law." said Paul.

"When the President signs all these bills and then adds statements after saying I have no intention of following it - he's in a way signing it and vetoing - so in his mind he's vetoing a lot of bills, in our mind under the rule of law he hasn't vetoed a thing."

North American Union agenda toward an anti-democratic "New World Order"

Asked what the ultimate agenda was behind the American Union and the push on behalf of the Bush administration to homogenize the US with Mexico and Canada, Paul was clear in his response.

"I think the goal is one world government... we have the WTO, the IMF, the World Bank, then we have all the subsidiaries like NAFTA and hemispheric governments, highways coming in."

"I just hope and pray that we can wake up enough people," said Paul, noting that Texans in his own backyard were more aware of Bush selling out the country for an North American Union than anyone in Washington.

Ron Paul further says, "Globalists and one-world promoters never seem to tire of coming up with ways to undermine the sovereignty of the United States. The most recent attempt comes in the form of the misnamed Security and Prosperity Partnership Of North America (SPP). In reality, this new "partnership" will likely make us far less secure and certainly less prosperous."

According to the U.S. government website dedicated to the project, the SPP is neither a treaty nor a formal agreement. Rather, it is a "dialogue" launched by the heads of government of Canada, Mexico, and the United States at a summit in Waco, Texas in March, 2005.

Republican Presidential candidate Paul then remarks, "What is a dialogue? We don't know. What we do know, however, is that Congressional oversight of what might be one of the most significant developments in recent history is non-existent. Congress has had no role at all in a "dialogue" that many see as a plan for a North American union."

Ron Paul elaborates on a prospective anti-democratic NAU "shadow government" which effectively destroys Canada and the U.S. as democracies:

"According to the SPP website, this dialogue will create new supra-national organizations to "coordinate" border security, health policy, economic and trade policy, and energy policy between the governments of Mexico, Canada, and the United States. As such, it is but an extension of NAFTA- and CAFTA-like agreements that have far less to do with the free movement of goods and services than they do with government coordination and management of international trade."

"Critics of NAFTA and CAFTA warned at the time that the agreements were actually a move toward more government control over international trade and an eventual merging of North America into a border-free area. Proponents of these agreements dismissed this as preposterous and conspiratorial. Now we see that the criticisms appear to be justified."

Mr. Paul further enquires "Let's examine just a couple of the many troubling statements on the SPP's US government website...".

"We affirm our commitment to strengthen regulatory cooperation...and to have our central regulatory agencies complete a trilateral regulatory cooperation framework by 2007."

Though the U.S. administration insists that the SPP does not undermine U.S. sovereignty, how else can one take statements like this? How can establishing a "trilateral regulatory cooperation" not undermine our national sovereignty?

Mr. Paul then indicates that the cited website also states SPP's goal to "[i]mprove the health of our indigenous people through targeted bilateral and/or trilateral activities, including in health promotion, health education, disease prevention, and research." Who can read this and not see massive foreign aid transferred from the U.S. taxpayer to foreign governments and well-connected private companies?

Also alarming says Mr. Paul, are SPP pledges to "work towards the identification and adoption of best practices relating to the registration of medicinal products." That sounds like the much-criticized Codex Alimentarius, which seeks to radically limit Americans' health freedom.

Even more troubling are reports that under this new "partnership," a massive highway is being planned to stretch from Canada into Mexico, through the state of Texas. This is likely to cost the U.S. taxpayer untold billions of dollars, will require eminent domain takings on an almost unimaginable scale, and will make the U.S. more vulnerable to those who seek to enter our country to do us harm.

This all adds up to not only more and bigger government, but to the establishment of an unelected mega-government. As the SPP website itself admits, "The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America represents a broad and ambitious agenda." I hope my colleagues in Congress and American citizens will join me in opposing any "broad and ambitious" effort to undermine the security and sovereignty of the United States.

British Manufactured Gulf Maritime Border Map

No such agreed upon border between Iraq and Iran exists, measurements show ship was nearer Iranian coast

In claiming HMS Cornwall was within Iraqi territorial waters, the British government and the media have covered-up the fact there is no agreed upon Iraqi-Iranian maritime border, as other bizarre coincidences and dubious circumstances surrounding the hostage crisis begin to emerge.

Former British Ambassador Craig Murray and others are highlighting the fact that the maritime border between Iraq and Iran is contested, and the British have essentially manufactured a border to make it appear as if HMS Cornwall was within Iraqi territorial waters. The mainstream media has uniformly failed to address this issue.

"The Iran/Iraq maritime boundary shown on the British government map does not exist. It has been drawn up by the British Government. Only Iraq and Iran can agree their bilateral boundary, and they never have done this in the Gulf, only inside the Shatt because there it is the land border too. This published boundary is a fake with no legal force," claims Murray.

"Accepting the British coordinates for the position of both HMS Cornwall and the incident, both were closer to Iranian land than Iraqi land. Go on, print out the map and measure it. Which underlines the point that the British produced border is not a reliable one."

As illustrated in the Encarta encyclopedia territorial map above, the position of the ship denoted by the red circle is nearer the Iranian border than the Iraq border. The blue circumference touches the edge of the Iranian border.

As the Moon of Alabama blog points out, "That boundary is simply not well defined and Iran and Iraq have fought several wars about the Shatt al-Arab and its waterways. There is no binding or otherwise recognized international agreement about the maritime boundaries."

"If one would use a maritime boundary defined by equidistance from the Iraqi and Iranian coastlines, as is commonly (see Art.7) done in such cases, the result would be something like this purple line."

As becomes obvious from looking at the map, taking the equidistant measurement from the Iraqi and Iranian coastlines, the ship is clearly within Iranian territory.

Iranian news source IRNA claims that this represents Britain's sixth violation and trespass of Iranian territory in the last three years, while also stating that the western media has been complicit in "a wave of propaganda campaign against Iran immediately after Iranian border guards arrested British marines."

Even if you dismiss judging territorial water boundaries by the method detailed above, the fact is that the media parroted carte blanche the British government's version, without even pointing out that there is no recognized and agreed upon Gulf water boundary between Iraq and Iran.

Other highly suspicious circumstances surrounding the hostage crisis have also begun to emerge.

During a BBC Newsnight feature story , it was demonstrated that the Iranian footage of the capture of the British sailors was in large part likely faked and the commentators all but suggested the entire incident was staged or at least constituted "gross negligence" on behalf of the British.

Readers have also pointed out the bizarre coincidence of the fact that immediately before the sailors were captured, they were being accompanied by a BBC film crew onboard HMS Cornwall, who filmed a human interest interview with Faye Turney, who has become the poster child of the whole crisis. The interview was broadcast immediately after the sailors were taken hostage and portrayed Turney in a very humanizing light, with pictures of her loved ones in the background.

With the crisis deepening and tensions being ratcheted up by the bellicose rhetoric of both Blair and the Iranians, this Gulf of Tonkin style incident is starting to look increasingly dubious as the drumbeat for war grows ever louder.

Rosie Opens 9/11 Conspiracy 'View' Debate

Rosie O'Donnell has never been one to shy away from speaking her mind, but her latest controversial topic of conversation on 'The View' brought up a taboo that most daytime talk shows would never go near – the possibility of a conspiracy on 9/11.

On Thursday's show, during a discussion on the war on terror and the prospect of war in Iran, O'Donnell veered into the theory that World Trade Center 7, which fell hours after the Twin Towers, was possibly destroyed purposely by explosives.

"I do believe that it was the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel," O'Donnell said when questioned on whether she thought the government was behind the collapse of WTC 7. "I do believe that it defies physics for the World Trade Center tower 7, which collapsed in on itself -- it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved. Miraculously, the first time in history steel was melted by fire," she said.

Her 'View' co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck, who has been known to go head-to-head with a conservative counterpoint to Rosie's left-leaning opinions, listened as O'Donnell sold her case for a conspiracy theory. O'Donnell then asked: "to say that we don't know that it imploded ... is beyond ignorant. Look at the film, get a physics expert from Yale, from Harvard, pick the school. It defies reason. Imagine if somebody could convince you of that?"

Hasselbeck kept her cool, replying "If someone could sit here and prove that to me, I would open my mind to that."

Breaking the tension, but still keeping things politically charged, co-host Joy Behar wrapped up the segment with an anti-Bush zinger of her own, saying "Wait a second, Bush went to Yale, how good could they be?"

The exchange follows a recent blog post by O'Donnell dealing with the same subject.

Journalist Jerome Corsi appeared on the Alex Jones Show today to discuss in depth his astounding new investigation that implicates both Alberto Gonzales and U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton in the cover-up of a pedophilia scandal involving the Texas Youth Commission.

"Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, both already under siege for other matters, are now being accused of failing to prosecute officers of the Texas Youth Commission after a Texas Ranger investigation documented that guards and administrators were sexually abusing the institution's minor boy inmates," writes Corsi in a report for World Net Daily.

"Among the charges in the Texas Ranger report were that administrators would rouse boys from their sleep for the purpose of conducting all-night sex parties."

A 2005 investigation led by Texas Ranger Brian Burzynski revealed that systematic abuse of minors was commonplace at West Texas State School in Pyote, Texas. Burzynski presented the findings of the investigation to both Gonzales and Sutton but was rebuffed, and even received a letter from Sutton's office that attempted to legitimize the sexual abuse of children, claiming that "under 18 U.S.C. Section 242," it would have to be demonstrated "that the boys subjected to sexual abuse sustained "bodily injury," states the letter from Bill Baumann, assistant U.S. attorney in Sutton's office.

Incredulously, Baumann's letter goes on to make the case that the minors consented to and even enjoyed the acts of pedophilia, therefore no further action was necessary.

In September 2005, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division also refused to follow up with a prosecution.

According to Corsi, officials implicated in the scandal were hired despite their known criminal backgrounds and were also retained even after it was discovered that they were using state computers to regularly visit pornography websites.

"It basically sounds as if you wouldn't get hired in one of these facilities unless you were a pedophile," Corsi told the Alex Jones Show.

"You've got a culture of pedophilia that is at the core of the Texas Youth Commission, and what that means is you won't get hired or you won't stay as an employee unless you're willing to participate in the boy rape that's going on or keep quiet about it."

Corsi says he has further developments to report tomorrow that confirm the scandal is "Now known to be widespread, all the offices of the Texas Youth Commission throughout the state are involved and employees from the top to the bottom are all involved."

The 1964 'imaginary' Gulf of Tonkin incident allowed President Johnson to expand the Vietnam War through the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution without a Congressional Declaration of War.

Actress Rosie O'Donnell's public statements on 9/11-- already carefully laid out on the solid ground of WTC 7's clear controlled demolition in her blog -- is now further backed up by an historical account of the Gulf of Tonkin as an "imaginary" event on her blog.

President Johnson used the 1964 staged event to expand dramatically the scale of the Vietnam War by ushering in the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution , as well as to rope in much needed domestic support with the Congress and public.

Not only does the Tonkin Incident provide precedent for the U.S. Government's staging events as a pretext for military action, it gives clues to painful emotive questions that many exposed to 9/11 Truth for the first time by Rosie may be asking-- Has anything like this ever happened before? How could our government be involved in something like this?

Citing Tonkin also gives rebuttal to skeptical and defiant critics of O'Donnell's stance on 9/11-- there is a history of provocation, a history of deceptive "attacks" on the U.S. as pretext for war and a history of slow, stagnant answers and cover-up regarding those events-- how 'crazy', then, are questions about 9/11 in light of history?

Here is Rosie's blog entry from March 26 :

The Gulf of Tonkin Incident began with an “imaginary” attack by three North Vietnamese torpedo boats on the Maddox, a U.S. destroyer, in the Gulf of Tonkin on 2 August 1964. Two days later, that vessel and another U.S. destroyer in the area both reported themselves under renewed attack, although North Vietnam subsequently insisted that it hadn't attacked — and no attack is now believed to have occurred on the 4th of August.

Within hours, Johnson ordered retaliatory air strikes on the bases of the North Vietnamese boats and announced, in a television address to the American public the same evening, that U.S. naval forces had been attacked. In a message he sent to Congress the following day, the President affirmed that “the North Vietnamese regime had conducted further deliberate attacks against U.S. naval vessels operating in international waters.”

Johnson requested approval of a resolution “expressing the unity and determination of the United States in supporting freedom and in protecting peace in southeast Asia”. He said that the resolution should express support “for all necessary action to protect our Armed Forces” — but repeated previous assurances that “the United States… seeks no wider war”. As the nation entered the final three months of political campaigning for the 1964 elections (in which Johnson was standing for election), the president contended that the resolution would help “hostile nations… understand” that the United States was unified in its determination “to continue to protect its national interests.”[2]

Tonkin was only one of several false-flag events discussed in Alex Jones' Terrorstorm which also covers Hitler's Reichstag fire , the attack on the U.S.S. Liberty , the 1953 U.S.-backed Iranian coup and Operation Himmler (in which a Polish 'invasion' on Germany was staged to start WWII)-- all government sponsored false-flag provocations. As the twisted neo-con Paul Wolfowitz put it only months before the attacks on 9/11 :

O'Donnell has been careful to put forward only the most solid information in her public 9/11 statements, as she knows the mainstream media would be quick to slander her on any weak points.

In fact, the media has been careful in drawing too much attention to O'Donnell at all over 9/11, perhaps sensing that 9/11 Truth is already too far out in the open-- even before exposing questions and queries to one television's largest female demographics on The View , which features O'Donnell.

The combination of O'Donnell going public on 9/11 and a report that Charlie Sheen will voice a theatrical version of Loose Change has made for an explosion in coverage and critique of the 9/11 Truth Movement in mainstream press, particularly with FOX News hosts Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity .

However, coverage of O'Donnell has stayed clear-- as usual-- of debating any real facts regarding 9/11, but has focused on typical character assassinations. Furthermore, coverage of Sheen's reported association with Loose Change has all but obscured Rosie's recent input into the 9/11 debate-- aside from misreporting that she is involved with the project.

Clearly, the establishment's 9/11 Official Story is in huge trouble if O'Donnell's going public has half the ripple effect that Sheen's going public had just over one year ago.

Trilateral Globalists Call For Gas Tax Hike

BRUSSELS—America should impose a $1-pergallon increase in the gasoline tax as penance for causing pollution, John Deutch, former head of the Central Intelligence Agency, told the Trilateral Commission's secret meeting here.

When the TC called on the United States to increase gas taxes by 10 cents at a meeting in Tokyo in 1991, The Washington Post, which is always represented at TC and Bilderberg meetings, called for such an increase in an editorial the following day.

“The United States must adopt a carbon monoxide control policy,” Deutch said.

If the United States or any country in the Organization for Economic Development “that is a large producer of greenhouse gas emissions is to retain a leadership role in other areas, it cannot just opt out of the global climate change policy process.”

Deutch is most remembered for taking classified secrets home in his laptop, which led to the loss of his security clearance.

Later, CIA techies found that Deutch had been using the same computer, which contained national secrets, to surf the internet for pornography. The attorney general at the time, Janet “Butcher of Waco” Reno, declined to prosecute him.

The TC* got a ringing “chins up” about the pace of Europe's becoming a superstate while greatly expanding its efforts to establish an “Asian-Pacific Union” similar to the European Union and its planned “American Union” covering the entire Western Hemisphere.

The ultimate goal of internationalist groups like the Trilateral-Bilderberg cabal is to divide the world into three great regions for the profit of the international plutocratic mattoids running the show.

Even in its own literature, the Trilateral Commission plays up the part that it was formed in 1973 by private citizens of Japan, Europe and North America to foster “closer cooperation”—today, that means globalization—among these industrialized regions. Since that time, the group meets throughout the year to discuss ways in which the group can advance world government.

An important weapon in their arsenal is fanning public hysteria over “global warming.”

But first, Peter Sutherland, TC's European chairman, Bilderberg leader, former member of the European Commission and chairman of British Petroleum, lifted their spirits with assurances that a European constitution—the final step toward making the entire continent including Britain into a single nation—would be ratified. TC and Bilderberg had fretted about this since a draft had been rejected by French and Dutch voters in 2005. The problem, he said, was letting people vote on the issue instead of having the proposed constitution approved by bureaucrats.

“There is a subdued mood in Europe for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome, the precursor of the European Union,” Sutherland said. “But the achievements are indeed remarkable . . . the free movement of goods, services, persons and capital has transformed Europe.

The effort succeeded because the integration process is based on a sharing
of sovereignty and a method of governance that has challenged the traditional competences of the nation-state.”

However, Sutherland remarked, “the decision by [British Prime Minister] Tony Blair to hold a referendum . . . set off a train of events that has plunged Europe into a crisis of confidence about the future that is not warranted. After all, 18 countries, some by referendum, have taken all steps to ratify the treaty and of the rest, a significant majority could do so tomorrow without difficulty.”

Since the 2005 rejection, countries from the former Soviet bloc and Iron Curtain countries have joined the union and would have to ratify.

Sutherland's message was clear: a new, shorter constitution must be proposed and ratified without the voters. His comments were also reflected in his commentary in the March 17 International Herald Tribune, which is published by the Bilderberg-controlled New York Times.

There was no mention that, at the same moment, he was attending the TC meeting. An independent source confirmed that the commentary was the text of his TC speech. A universal battle cry arose for the world to address “global warming” with a single voice. This issue is also a source of big bucks for these sons of smokestack industrialists.

One of those voices belonged to “the General Lord Guthrie,” director of N.M. Rothschild & Sons, member of the House of Lords and former chief of the Defense Staff in London.

“We must address the global climate crisis with a single voice, and impose rules that apply worldwide,” he said. “Otherwise, our children and children's children will endure starvation and unimaginable hardship. We cannot address this crisis as 180 separate nation-states. We must act as a single world state.”

America's TC leaders are growing old and frail, and another generation is being prepared. Founder David Rockefeller is 90 and in poor health. His nephew, Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.), a lineal descendant of John the Original, attended the TC for the first time in many years.

Familiar American faces included former House Speaker Tom Foley (D-Wash.), former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage, assistant to President Jimmy Carter for national security Zbigniew Brzezinski, former House Majority Leader Richard Gephardt (D-Mo.); former U.S. Trade Representative Carla Hills, former Assistant Secretary of Defense Richard Perle, former Undersecretary of State Thomas Pickering, and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.

Newcomers included Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), former Rep. Jim Leach (R-Iowa) and Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.). All congressmen and senators were in violation of a federal law prohibiting public officials from attending secret meetings with private citizens to discuss public policy. They also traveled at taxpayers' expense, and they do not fly coach.

Canadian Student Detained at U.S. Airport & Interrogated Like Terrorist Suspect

A recent trip to the U.S. turned into a harrowing experience for a Lakehead University student, who claims he was detained for more than 12 hours and interrogated like a suspected terrorist.

And because his computer laptop was also seized, which had most of his school material and assignments on it, the incident might have cost him his school semester and future career.

“I felt insulted. I felt frightened. I felt very, very weak,” said 22-year-old Mahmoud Zeitoun. “That depression was the highest amount of depression of my life.”

The Lebanese-born man, who always held Canadian citizenship through his parents, was headed to Denver with local dentist Jennifer Lee and an assistant on Thursday. Zeitoun was supposed to act as Lee's patient while she performed an exam to practise in her field in the U.S.

While enroute at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport at 8:30 in the morning, Zeitoun says they were initially questioned normally as to why they were entering the U.S. and about Zeitoun's planned return on Tuesday.

But Zeitoun claims U.S. officials told him he could only enter the U.S. on the condition that he departs the U.S. through major ports between 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. — a restriction which conflicted with his planned return time on Tuesday.

He asked to speak with a supervisor, and after a deeper look into his case, was apparently told that he needed a visa to enter the country. Canadians travelling to the U.S. are not normally required to possess visas, unless they are visiting for work purposes.

Lee and the other companion left on their next flight, and it is not known if the dentist found a replacement patient for her exam.

But instead of letting Zeitoun, who holds a Canadian passport, return to Canada, they apparently detained him for a 12 1/2-hour ordeal that felt to him like “straight torture.”

Zeitoun, a Muslim, was made to sit in an interrogation room all day, facing questions about whether he has ties to the Lebanese group Hezbollah, or knows anyone who has hatred towards the U.S.

“‘What do you think of suicide bombers?'” Zeitoun said, recalling the interrogators' questions. “‘You think it's right, right? If you tell us anything, we'll let you in.'

“I'm like, ‘Please. I am a citizen here in Canada. Then you are coming to talk to me about people I don't know,'” Zeitoun recalled.

He claims the officials at the airport also checked his luggage and seized his $3,000 laptop with no guarantee of its return. It had everything he needed to complete his semester courses in science and engineering at Lakehead University this semester.

“This will bring me to an F,” said Zeitoun, who is also the president the Lakehead University Muslim Student Association, which has about 40 members.

He claims U.S. interrogators also asked him to show his Hotmail e-mail account, and allegedly made threats that they would put him in a “cell,” Zeitoun said.

Zeitoun says two years ago he was held for about five hours at the U.S. border crossing at Sault Ste. Marie, which he claims was due to nothing more than his Lebanese birthplace.

He claims he told the border agents there that he really wanted to turn around rather then enter, changing his mind mid-way because he realized it would take longer to drive through to Thunder Bay. But they detained him anyways, and later apologized for the “inconvenience.” Zeitoun says they marked him as rejected from entering the U.S. — a detail he only learned of during his detention in Minneapolis.

Zeitoun says he was not given food in Minneapolis until much later in the afternoon, and says he was allowed to call his brother Adnan in Windsor early in the evening. The brother contacted LU sociology professor Walid Chahal. Chahal contacted a Canadian national security investigator, who after a short call to a “friend” in the U.S., called back to Chahal to tell him Zeitoun would be released by 9 p.m. on Thursday.

Zeitoun and Chahal suspect the Canadian investigator, who they did not identify but both claim to know, helped speed up Zeitoun's release.

Chahal once taught Zeitoun at Lakehead University and says he is a “good person” who “likes to help.”
He said Zeitoun is a victim of racial profiling.

“(The U.S. border agents) didn't find anything on (Zeitoun) the first time or the second time,” Chahal said.
He blames Zeitoun's alleged ordeal on U.S. border security policies, which he claims leads “innocent civilians” into the kind of treatment Zeitoun says he received.

Chahal claims people are susceptible of being treated as if they are “guilty without being tried” at U.S. border crossings if their name or appearance stereotypically resembles an Arab or Muslim.
“So this is a problem, with racial profiling, anyone can be a target,” he said.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials in Minneapolis were contacted by The Chronicle-Journal on Saturday, and were told by “Officer Jackson” to call back Monday to speak to press representatives. Jackson said he “can't speak on behalf of this case.”

He said detentions of Canadians lasting as long as Zeitoun's are “not normal.”

Boeing Fitting Aircraft With Illegal Parts?

Chip that was illegally installed in 2000 could have been utilized to execute 9/11 attacks

Are Boeing fitting their aircraft with illegal devices that could enable terrorists to remotely hijack airliners and crash them into high profile targets? In light of what happened on 9/11, Boeing's blanket denial that this practice has taken place is both highly suspicious and a threat to national security.

We called Boeing to ask them if such technology had been installed in commercial airliners and they denied all knowledge, despite the fact that Boeing were hit with a record fine of $15 million after the company broke the law by selling commercial planes equipped with the QRS-11 gyrochip, which is also used in the guidance system of the Maverick missile.

According to the Associated Press, from 2000 to 2003 Boeing shipped 94 airliners oversees, mainly to China, that contained the chip, a device used for "military applications," stated the report.

According to the Seattle Times, "The QRS-11 chip, made by a unit of BEI Technologies in Concord, Calif., is just over 1-½ inches in diameter and weighs about 2 ounces. It sells for between $1,000 and $2,000. Described as "a gyro on a chip," it is used to help control the flight of missiles and aircraft."

"There could be dozens, even hundreds more components like the QRS11 gyros that have slipped under the eyes of State Department enforcers, said Joel Johnson, the vice president international of the Aerospace Industries Association," reports the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and "Aircraft incorporating the QRS11 chips are already routinely making flights."

Should it concern us that Boeing began installation of a chip that turns a plane into a remotely guided missile immediately before 9/11?

One month before 9/11, German newspaper Der Spiegel reported that U.S. military-industrial complex giant Raytheon landed a 727 jet six times by remote control using GPS technology at a Hollomon AFB in New Mexico.



In April 2001, aviation history was made when a Global Hawk, which is equivalent in wingspan to a Boeing 737, flew by remote control out of Edwards Air Force Base, across the Pacific Ocean, and landed safely at the Royal Australian Air Force base at Edinburgh, in South Australia state.

Other sources from within the airline industry have told us that such devices were common in aircraft years before 9/11, a remarkable supposition that has led many to suspect that the attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center were executed using this remote access system.

Recent newspaper reports discussing these devices and the policy to have them in all airliners within three years assure us that they would prevent another 9/11 style outrage - but because any such system is vulnerable to hacking allied with the fact that pilots have no way of overriding the autopilot, not even with secure access codes, this only increases the chances of another 9/11 style attack.

A comprehensive investigation on behalf of those who have the authority and resources to perform it needs to be mandated immediately into whether devices that completely remove control of a plane from the pilot and that have illegally been installed in many existing aircraft a fundamental danger to national security.

Time Stamp Confirms BBC Reported WTC 7 Collapse 26 Minutes In Advance

Debunkers' claims about blue screens, inconclusive time frame of Jane Standley footage eviscerated

If there was any remaining doubt that the BBC reported the collapse of Building 7 over 20 minutes before it fell then it has now evaporated with the discovery of footage from the BBC's News 24 channel that shows the time stamp at 21:54 (4:54PM EST) when news of the Salomon Brothers Building is first broadcast, a full 26 minutes in advance of its collapse.

According to FEMA,WTC 7 collapsed at 5:20pm on the afternoon of 9/11. Since British Summer Time is five hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, the BBC reported the collapse of Building 7 at 4:54PM EST, a full 26 minutes before it collapsed.

"News is continuing to come in as you can imagine. We're now being told that another enormous building in New York has collapsed. It is the 47-story Salomon Brothers building [better known as WTC Building 7] which was situated very close to the World Trade Center, right there in this financial capitol," states the anchor Gavin Estler.

Following the controversy created by Monday's footage in which BBC correspondent Jane Standley is seen live in New York reporting the collapse of Building 7 as it remains standing behind her, many debunkers tried to claim that the images were inconclusive because there was no time stamp on the footage. Others alleged that Standley was merely standing in front of a dated blue screen image and that the shot in her background was a recording from earlier in the day. Both these objections can now be easily dismissed by the addition of the News 24 footage confirming that the news that Building 7 had collapsed was prematurely reported by 26 minutes.

Since the BBC obviously had a source for this information, though they refuse to acknowledge exactly what that source was, it can be surmised that the news took a few minutes to make its way to the on air anchor, therefore we can approximate that someone knew Building 7 was going to collapse at least half an hour before it fell. However, if we factor in CNN's Aaron Brown reporting that Building 7 "has collapsed or is collapsing" at 4:15PM EST, then that's over an hour before the building imploded into its own footprint.

First responders, firefighters and police are all on the record as stating they were told Building 7 was to be "brought down" and many took that to mean that it was going to be intentionally demolished by means of explosives. Some even reported a 20 second countdown preceding the building's collapse, which can only mean one thing - that it was deliberately imploded according to a pre-determined schedule.

Building 7 stood 355 feet away from the north tower. Structures closer to the twin towers that were bombarded with debris and essentially hollowed out remained standing for weeks after 9/11, until they were demolished by explosive crews, whereas Building 7 suffered relatively little damage and yet imploded hours after the towers fell. In their Conspiracy Files "documentary" the BBC said WTC 7 was a "raging inferno" when in fact fires were confined to just eight floors according to FEMA.



World Trade Center Building 3 (pictured left), known publicly as the 22-story Marriott Hotel positioned between the twin towers, was heavily damaged during the collapse of WTC 2, yet it did not experience uniform collapse either vertically or horizontally.

The BBC's pathetic excuse for not being able to confirm that they reported the collapse of WTC 7 in advance, that they lost the tapes of the BBC World 9/11 coverage, was nothing more than an attempt to make questions about this huge controversy go away. It remains to be seen if they'll issue another response now that it is 100% certified that they reported the collapse of a building 26 minutes before it happened. So far wider mainstream coverage of this mammoth story has been all but mute.

We received an interesting e mail from a CNN archivist in Atlanta who stated their utter disbelief at the notion that BBC has lost any of their 9/11 archives.

"I'm an archivist with the CNN News Library in Atlanta, and I can tell you with absolute certainty, the mere idea that news agencies such as ours would "misplace" any airchecks from 9/11 is preposterous. CNN has these tapes locked away from all the others. People like myself, who normally would have access to any tapes in our library, must ask special permission in order to view airchecks from that day. Multiple tapes would have been recording their broadcast that day, and there are also private agencies that record all broadcasts from all channels - constantly - in the event that a news agency missed something or needs something. They don't just have one copy... they have several. It's standard procedure, and as soon as the second plane hit, they would start recording several copies on other tapes machines all day long."

"The only information they need to give out is the source of the collapse claim. No one is saying the BBC is "part of the conspiracy," we're saying that someone gave that reporter the information ahead of time. The source of that information is the only thing they can reveal that would be meaningful."

Just ten days after the airing of its bias, error ridden, propagandistic hit piece against the 9/11 truth movement, the BBC's program directors are probably wishing they had never gone near the subject. The response metered out against them, bolstered by the Building 7 fiasco, has tarnished the corporation's credibility and their sophistic attempt to rebut the accusations has only made matters worse.

Suffice to say it would be a very stupid decision to re-air Guy Smith's farce of a documentary in any country ever again. Perhaps the BBC could do us all a favor and 'lose' the tapes just like they claim to have lost the tapes of their 9/11 coverage.
